Child Protection

This is just a note to let you know some details on this subject. The main contact for our club is Joan Oleary, Joan has posted information on this on our notice board (at the top of the stairs in the spectator area). Also we want to let you know that all coaches and helpers over 12 years of age have been CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) checked and cleared.

Annual Club Championships

The club championships will be held this year on the 12^th & 13^th November (more details will follow on times etc.). Could you let us know if your child wishes to participate in the championships including event(s) by 18^th October, please note they must be fully paid members. Each event will be charged at 50p and the age groups are decided by your child’s age on the 31^st December.

Membership fees

All membership fees for the year should be paid up, if you still owe money could you please pay as soon as possible. Thanks.

Galas

Hindley will compete in the Manchester & District “Team” Competition finals on 1^st October 2005. Please check the notice board to see if your child as been selected.

If you have been selected and then for some reason can not make the gala could you please let Richard know as soon as possible. We almost had to cancel an entire age category at the last gala because of a shortage of numbers.

Dates for the diary

19 October 2005 – Next committee meeting at the conservative Club in Hindley, 8.00pm – All WELCOME.

12^th & 13^th November – Club Championships

10^th December – Family Disco & Karaoke – All Welcome, details to follow.
